Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the onboarding process by providing clear instructions and helpful advice
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal departments to provide clients with the best experience possible
- Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date records of all client onboarding activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in the English language
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer literacy
